As a back of the pack runner, I initially felt self-conscious about having a coach, but Natascha immediately put me at ease. Her plan, which she tailored to my abilities and needs, helped me achieve a 10k time I didn’t think was possible. She was on hand when work got in the way of my training, tweaking the plan to accommodate for a time away on a busy business trip. Natascha helped me build up my endurance and speed in the buildup to the race, but what’s more, her support and encouragement gave me a huge morale boost.
