I’m Natascha Starr, an England Athletics qualified running coach and Salomon ambassador.

From weekly interval sessions, to remote monthly coaching and in-person 1:1 sessions, I am here to help you reach your running goals in a long-term and sustainable way.

We all have very busy schedules between work, family and social commitments. How is it possible to fit running in too? Let me figure it out for you! 

Whether you’re wondering what comes after your first 5K, or if you’re looking to achieve a personal best in the marathon, running doesn’t have to take over your life. When developing training plans, I work closely with each client to determine what level of training is suitable based on their goals, time available to train, and current fitness level. No two clients are the same, so no two training plans will be alike!

Weekly Track Sessions

Are you looking to improve your running? Join our group-based interval sessions at Southwark Park Track every Wednesday evening. You’ll work together with runners of similar ability to get the most out of your training. These sessions are suitable for all abilities and paces. For your enjoyment, we recommend that you are able to run 5K continuously before signing up to a session.

These sessions are hosted in collaboration with London City Runners.
